General terms

I don't take commissions from people under 18 years of age.

Extra characters are full price.

Simple or transparent backgrounds only. Simple backgrounds are free of charge.

Once you submit your request, I'll review it to determine if I'm the right fit for your needs. If so, I'll send you a proposal with your exact pricing before we move forward.

I have the right to reject your commission request for any or no given reason.

One request per commission. If you wish to request a second commission, please wait until the first one is finished.

Please provide as many visual references as needed. Providing proper reference is your responsibility and I won't be responding for mistakes due to unclear/lacking references.

Expected turnarounds (ETA) are estimates. If for some reason I need more time than the turnaround time, I will contact you via email and explain the situation.

Payment

Payment is done through PayPal invoices. It will be sent to the email provided in the contact form.

All prices are in USD. PayPal may charge a conversion fee if you use a different currency. Sadly, I have no control over this.

Prices listed are base prices. They may increase depending of many circumstances.

All payments are upfront and non-refundable (Unless I'm the one cancelling the commission)

There’s an option to add a tip along with your payment, but if you wish to tip after the commission is finished and delivered, you can do so on my Ko-Fi page. Tipping is not required or expected, but it's very appreciated!

Chileans only: Si vives en Chile, por favor paga en pesos chilenos (Convertido usando el valor del dólar más reciente) por transferencia electrónica. Datos de transferencia se entregarán al momento de pagar.

Revisions

You will receive a status update after the sketch stage is completed. At this point you can only request minor changes free of charge.

Any major change to the drawing at any stage will cost extra (Price depends of the complexity of the changes). This will be charged before the finished piece is presented to you.

Corrections from mistakes (e.g. something I overlooked from the provided reference) are free of charge. This does not include "mistakes" made because of unclear/lacking references, though.

Delivery

After completion, you will receive a high-res copy of your commissioned piece on the email provided for contact.

Keeping a copy of the high-res version is your responsibility and I won't be providing a new copy if you lose it.

Usage and Rights

Commissioned works can be used by the commissioner for both personal use (Profile pic, personal printing, etc) and commercial use (Monetized videos, livestreaming, content promotion, merch production, etc). However, commercial use is permitted only after a commercial license fee has been paid. Price will vary depending of use and/or reach.

I retain the moral rights to all of my works and I reserve the right to use them as I see fit (Commission examples, portfolio, promotion, etc) unless otherwise stated by the commissioner (Privacy fee may be applied)

You may reupload the finished piece to your social media of preference. All I ask is to please credit me.

Use of my works for political, religious or difamation purposes, artificial intelligence and machine/deep learning for generative AI ("AI art") and/or any kind of blockchain related technology (NFTs, etc) is strictly forbidden.

Privacy/Info Management

References provided on the contact form are deleted from the drive after the commission has been completed and delivered. If you wish to commission me again using the same references, please send them again.

All the payment info that's given to me (Emails, real names, etc) is strictly confidential between commissioner and me and will not be shared with anyone else.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have any payment methods other than PayPal?
I have no option other than PayPal for international payments at the moment. Wire transfers are available for Chileans only.

Why was my commission rejected?
There could be many reasons a commission request might be rejected. Including, but not limited to:
  •  Request not being described properly.
  •  Unclear or not enough references to work with.
  •  Requesting something from my Will Not Do list.
  •  Not having the skill to fulfill your request.
  •  Uneasonably short deadline.
  •  Not feeling comfortable with the request itself.

What can make a commission increase its price?
Commissions stay within their base prices most of the time. However, some reasons that commission prices may increase include, but are not limited to:
  •  Extra characters added (Full price each)
  •  Complex designs (Complexity fee)
  •  Close deadline (Rush fee)
  •  Character design (Designing a character from scratch)
  •  Extra revisions
  •  Commercial rights needed (Commercial rights license)
  •  NDA (Privacy fee)
Any price increase will be informed before any transaction is made in case you were to change your mind.

How much are commercial rights?
Typically, commercial rights doubles the amount of the base price, but it can be higher depending of the use you're planning to give the finished piece for and/or the reach of the finished piece. (Average viewership, number of followers, etc)

What counts as commercial uses?
Commercial uses include any activity that the commissioned work will be used for that will generate profit. This includes, but is not limited to:
  •  Monetized videos uploaded to platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc
  •  Live streams where you receive (Or plan to receive) monetary compensation in the form of bits/superchats/donations/etc.
  •  Merch production (Prints, stationery, apparel, etc)
  •  Promoting any activity that will give you profit (e.g. Promoting your live stream on social media, video thumbnails, etc.)

What counts as a minor change?
Minor changes include, but are not limited to:
  •  Changing the pose of the character's hands.
  •  Changing a color.
  •  Adding small details/props
  •  Mirroring a drawing of a symmetrical character.

What counts as a major change?
Major changes include, but are not limited to:
  •  Heavily changing the pose.
  •  Changing the entire color palette after the coloring is done.
  •  Adding large details/props
  •  Flipping/mirroring a drawing of a heavily asymmetrical character.

Can I request something that doesn't appear on the prices list?
For now I only accept requests for the things offered in the prices list. Soon I will be adding more services, so stay tuned!
